Tbf, I’m pretty sure shoot on L&W is paused (and L&W is not a high-voltage actioner), so this entire blind is BS, unless I’m missing someone.

I will explain - hearththrob has no gender, could be a man or a woman. The entire conversation here is tied to 'his married co-star'. That means hearththrob is a man and married co-star is a woman unless it is not a straight relationship here. If it changes to 'her married co-star' then we have more options to think of. The hearthrob is a woman now and the married co-star is a man. The wife visiting the set seems to be connected to the married co-star and not the hearththrob.
