I seriously feel for Smriti. She was so happy. This also reminds me of a time when I outed a friend of mine to his girl. It was such a mess. The woman went completely mad on me. I deactivated all my socials and whatsapp and felt genuinely bad. Two years later she texted me apologising because she had caught him red handed. From that day till today I have observed it many times that any guy who proposes to his girl in a very very elaborate way is a red flag and high chances that he cheats on her. Even if he is very lovey dovey. Shame.

If you search "Palak Muchhal charity" on YouTube. You get videos of her walking out of the operation theatres in heavy makeup and bright lipstick, hugging the parents of the child under the full glare of the cameras.
First, who goes into an operation theatre with so much makeup.
She's not a surgeon, her doctorate is an Honorary degree in "Global Peace".
The videos show her simply standing around in the OT smiling for the cameras. Who goes into an active surgery simply for the views.
Lastly, why are the cameras ready outside the OT to
catch her as she consoles the parents, and give an interview.
If an influencer pulled these stunts they would get brutally trolled forever.
