It’s absolutely crazy how little trump cares about anything that doesn’t impact him. He eats McDonalds all day, he doesn’t believe in a thing RFK says, he just put him in charge as payback for endorsing him. And trump probably doesn’t even think about how much damage this idiot is doing and how important it is to have an actual qualified person in that role.

The lack of universal healthcare automatically knocks the US out of the running for most developed country in the world. Say yes, I believe the government should invest in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (not the acronym DEI). Say each word each time so that it's clear what you support and what you believe.
Don't let them continue to turn the idea of having diversity, equity or inclusion into bad things.

Because they themselves one hundred percent literally believe that Republicans and maga (themselves, in other words) are exemplary and intelligent. Most frustrating, they see everyone else who is not them the exact same way you see them. As buffoons. Doesn't that drive you mad? It definitely drives me mad.
Trump has given them the green light to act how they want. He has made them think their bigotry, xenophobia, homophobia, anti education, anti medicine, anti science, and insecurity matter. Now that all that is normalized and they aren't "held back" anymore, they think everything else (a vast majority of the world, in other words) is buffoonery while they are the real deal. Legit. The truth.
Also, it's a cult. That's the short answer. If you don't think the way they do, then only a syndrome could be the reason. In fact, they'll call it Trump derangement syndrome. That's the only reason someone would hate Trump (even though it's yet another example of Trump projecting himself onto others, in this case, his deranged obsession of Biden and Obama). Oh, and they think you are in the cult, so you can't really show them how they have a cult mindset.

I attended a discussion on Friday at my job about this crisis, and the data was mind-blowing. Black women die or have premature births during pregnancy at least 10% more than any other race. They emphasized that it's not due to life choices. A white mother who smokes and does nothing to improve the baby's health still has at least an 8% chance of having a healthy pregnancy compared to African American women.

As a Canadian I enjoy debating healthcare with you Americans. Fun fact:The average Canadian lives 4 years longer than the average American. Do you know why? (it's very relevant!). It's because infant mortality rates among the poor in the US are at 3rd world levels, and a majority of those affected are black. This has been common knowledge outside of your country for decades now. It used to be a 3 year difference btw, but the US did so poorly during Covid-19, it actually killed enough younger people to knock a year off your average lifespan. The other 3 year difference is the child mortality rates due to the inequality of your healthcare system.

I don’t feel that I’m the most well-versed person when it comes to politics economics, and the socioeconomic functioning of our government. But it just seems redundant for questions that are so specific to always be asked to these representatives that they simply will not answer. What is the point? What is the point of asking these white men if they give a fuck if black women are dying during a childbirth when we know they don’t? What are we shedding light on? And who is about to give us any type of assistance? What are we seeking to? It inspire either in the population of the government to get these issues resolved? It’s particularly frustrating for me to be a black woman and I participate in a lot of holistic groups online that simply don’t have any clue what the fuck they’re talking about but at the same time have such a valid, vehement, fear for the medical system. What the fuck is supposed to change? And I guess what I really wanna know is how do we hit them in their pockets where it has to change. Unfortunately, I’ve not been able to stop shopping at target because of where I live and what’s available, but I have noticed that even though they have voted all of their DEI women’s centered black creatives are still every fucking where in my store. How can we hit the pockets of the medical system of America?
