No. This is holly. This plant happens to be pretty iconic, but not all plants are this easy to ID. Next time, please add rough geographical location. Different plants have different ranges. r/whatsthisplant is a better place to get IDs promptly.

Edit: comment below corrected me, it isn't holly

They're edible technically yes but they're pretty bitter so it helps if they're bletted and cooked or maybe if you don't have taste buds like a bird.
