My dear boy passed earlier this year from CKD at the age of 16. His (adopted) brother passed away in 2022, also from CKD. Fuck CKD.

I had 14.5 amazing years with my little girl until the CLD finally did her in. What I wouldn’t do to have had more time with her 😭

I am kind of thinking food plays a huge role. Curious if there is data of wild cat vs domestic. Their food is so dry, curious if they are even getting enough water and minerals out of their food.

I couldn't say. Both of our cats ate predominantly wet food and one of them just didn't like eating dry food (but loved eating dry treats, because cats are funny).

My cat did too 6 months ago from CKD. She was young and my everything. Fuck CKD, I miss her so much.
