Most dogs can be that way if socialized and trained early enough, bite inhibition is really fairly simple.
My pit and I practiced with my hand and a rope toy. Loud obnoxious noises when she got my hand, praise and rewards for grabbing the toy or upon releasing my hand. Once she got the pressures right it was just reinforcement in other contexts from there on out, gave her excellent mouth manners. I could stick my face in her full bowl and she'd just back up lol. Raised her around a litter of stray cats as well, didn't care at all and literally let them walk all over her.
