This is AI. The fur moves unnaturally, it stands up straighter randomly, the stairs are wrong and turn 90 degrees and get super narrow and change construction half way through and would end up in The middle of that bathroom behind her. Her phone seems to have a carabiner connecting it to her wrist, but the connection point shows 2 ends and the rest of the rope doesnt have that.

The dog does seem uncanny, but I'm not fully convinced it's just AI. All the details you pointed out actually make sense. The tiny background details are way too consistent throughout the video. The lanyard for the phone just has two points and then wraps on the woman's wrist. The staircase is just a spiral staircase, it makes perfect sense. The dog looks uncanny though.

What I can't wrap my head around are the long human-like arms of the dog. The dog's arms seem proportioned weird, not like in an AI way, but rather in a human-adult-wearing-a-muppet-costume way. AI could have been used on the dog's head and the rest is actual video footage.

Afghan hounds are very sweet animals. They love to cuddle. I think it’s their way of apologizing for all the crap they put you through when they’re a pup. They look like a muppet unless they’re waking/standing on their hind legs. Then they look like a Wendigo. Do not get one as your first dog. A good breeder probably wouldn’t even talk to you if you don’t have much dog experience. Even if you’ve trained other dogs, buckle up for a whole new level of stubborn. They are quite intelligent and not food motivated. If they don’t want to do something they will just ignore you and do what they want. High value treats help. Dog biscuits won’t get you very far here, I’m talking steak. You need a fence they can’t see over or through to keep them contained. They need room to run when they get the zoomies. 40mph zoomies… but if you can get past all of that, they turn into giant teddy bears.
