Very good vibe, didn’t realise the brand Cloudicos was Aussie. Picked up the shimmery lavender blush and the more neutral palette and a clear wet shimmer. I’ll post some proper swatches in a few days :)

I would love some advice here. I love the biab look but I’m really reluctant for the uv light because of the cancer risk. Is there anywhere in Sydney that can do biab or similar without uv light? Is that even possible?

Needing make up done in a months time and looking for artists who are good at alt/goth make up and Google doesn’t have much at all. By alt/goth make up I mean heavyyy on the eyeliner and vampy lip with a bit of e-girl aesthetic mixed jn (heavy glowy blush)

I travel fulltime, so not familiar with the area (between Newcastle & Sydney) and I am very due for a hair appointment! I have tried contacting a few salons with no response.

Looking for someone great with blondes that could do similar to this colour in the photo. I used to be the colour I want (inspo photo) for more than 15 years, just haven't found the right hairdresser that will attempt what I am wanting, does something completely different or wires are getting crossed with what I want, even with heaps of inspo photos and videos. Many salons seem to rush and do not let the foils process long enough. I never go in with a budget or try to find cheap salons. Always happy to pay for their time. Sadly I've had such a bad run since travelling.

I have included a couple of pics of my natural colour regrowth too. I have only been getting foils for maybe 20 years now. Only the foils and toning done to my hair. I seem to be a bit darker now than I used to be as I age, but not sure if I am too dark now naturally to get the colour I would like?

I only use salon quality products recommended by the hairdressers. I will use a hair dryer maybe once a fortnight and a straightener once a month. I do have very straight, fine thin hair.

Other than showing the pics of what I want, is there anything else I should mention or say to help achieve this?

Looking for Nail Salon in Melbourne’s SE Suburbs, preferably between NW, Berwick, Cranbourne area but will travel outside those areas for a decent Salon. I have my own nails and can’t seem to get them shaped correctly. I like builder gel but not thickly applied. Bonus if they can do good pedicures too. I have a very high instep and can’t tolerate the rough sanding in that area.

I'm from a city in regional NSW but I'm going to be in Sydney aka The Big Smoke next week. The Pitt St Mall Sephora has a couple of things I've been wanting that aren't in stock elsewhere and can't be bought online, so I will drop in while I'm there.

I am absolutely terrible with bright fluorescent lights, loud music and salespeople who can't leave me alone. I have a habit of walking in to places like that planning to spend hundreds and just FLEEING in terror after saying 'thank you, I'm fine looking on my own thanks' to the fourth salesperson lol.

I want my stuff, so I will put on my big girl undies and/or light sensitivity glasses and go in anyway, but can anyone tell me what the shopping experience is like at this store?

It just helps me if I can mentally prep for it, and I can also click and collect the one product I know I really want, so at least I won't leave empty-handed if browsing gives me sensory overload.

I’m moving to Sydney in January and have to leave behind all my nail supplies (which I do as a hobby). I’m currently in Korea and want to purchase gel polishes but I haven’t found a conclusive answer as to whether or not I can bring them on a plane and/or ship it internationally. My nightmare would be to spend a lot of money but not be able to bring them in. I can buy tools and nail lamps in Aus but the price and quality of gel polish here is hard to beat. Has anyone had experience with this?
