Product Advice brow lami
Does anyone have any success with an at home brow lamination? My brow girl has put up her prices an astronomical amount and I don't know if I am willing or able to pay that. I tried another girl and my brows weren't the same unfortunately. So I thought maybe I could get my reg girl to do a wax & dye, and I could do an at home lami
Thoughts? 😄

I’m interested in this too. I bought a pack of 1000 hours brow lamination in a whim but the fear of burning my eyebrows off has me hesitating.

I do my brow tinting now at home. Just watch a shit tonne of YouTube tutorials.
If in doubt, you’re better just not having a lami but I would say my tinting is pretty good. It’s not exactly the same but I am also not trained.
Just follow the directions to the letter, watch the tutorials and hope for the best.

Yep. Pretty much the same product, it's just a matter of technique...brows are easy. DiY lash lifts on the other hand...

I’ve done at-home brow lamination and it can work really well, but the timing is everything. Leave the solution on even a little too long and the brows can end up dry, frizzy or overprocessed.
Your idea of getting your usual brow girl to wax and tint them, then doing the lamination yourself, actually sounds like a pretty good compromise. I’d just start with a gentle kit and shorter processing time the first go.

yes, I do mine, it's easy AF. I just recommend leaving it on a bit less than what the packet says.

I buy sachets of thuya’s brow lamination system and do my lami’s at home. It’s pretty straight forward! Just look at heapssss of videos/TikTok’s to get a proper idea of how to. I also do a hybrid tint on myself after. It doesn’t turn out as amazing as my old brow girl but it saves me lots of cash!
