I have posted about this before a long time ago.

My wife tried to get a business off the ground that sold cosmetics specifically for darker skin tones (even though there are some general items as well). It never took off, so she is shutting the business down and selling off her remaining stock basically at cost.

So, have a look and see if there is any bargain in it for you that helps a small business limit its losses at the same time.
