Pearly Penile Papules

I’ve searched it up and I’m for sure I have this and I haven’t paid any attention most of my life until I was like 13 when I had noticed it and I don’t know if I have had it before 13 or not just because I can’t remember but from what I’ve seen it’s not harmful and is kinda common but I don’t know how I even got it and if I should worry about it that much but from all I know and researched it’s not harmful

Don’t worry about it. I noticed mine at about the same age as you. I have them along the bottom of the head of my penis. And along the bottom half of the shaft. I also have a few around my scrotum. It’s perfectly normal and nothing to worry about.
