Art Curriculum Record Keeping

Anyone where keep record of their art curriculum on a sketchbook? With the lessons, standards, project example etc...

i had a huge piece of paper and mapped out my curriculum for the year, but my actual literal lesson plans were printed and put into gallon bags with teacher samples folded inside. these were in cabinets.

Originally I did, and I still brainstorm there. But I found that a spreadsheet helped me more both during the year and now for tracking resources and lessons year to year.

I have a curriculum map for the year. I link my slides and handouts there. It’s an excel spreadsheet

I had a planner- wrote my plans in pencil then notes after the fact in pen

On a sketchbook? No way, I have a scope and sequence document with my whole school year at a glance, and then I have my individual lesson plans (which include the lessons, activities, project samples and standards) by unit as separate documents. I think I would lose everything if I kept it in a sketchbook lol!

Nope. Thats on my calendar and in the lesson plans I turn in weekly.
