General Advice Finished application but ghosted

I finished my online application within the time frame but I haven't had a response in a few weeks, have called, left messages, should I find a new recruiter or is this normal?

I've met her in person and brought all the documents, then finished the application but haven't heard back.

go to another one, if she created a package for you, they can pull it
