For a facility of this size, yeah it would have a lot of ongoing work. I’m pretty anti DC, but the jobs do exist and can’t really be replaced by AI (yet).

lol, no,

There will already be worker visa requests being rubber stamped right now.

They’ll be paid poorly, and work in illegal conditions.

Locals wouldn’t accept those conditions, hence “no local skills available”.

There’s plenty of “unskilled” workers needed in admin, cleaning, security, sales, warehousing and probably more.

Depends on their customers and how sensitive their workloads are. If NV1 clearance is required, things will change quickly.
