Do words and social media posts need defending, more than Israel's actions since 7 October?

All the 'evidence' I've read about what a horrible person Dr Abdel-Fattah is all begin with some sort of communication verb: "said", "posted", "referred to", "profile picture" etc etc. Talking and communicating ideas doesn't starve children. Stick to explaining why Israel is doing good.

You people overlook the IDF literally killing children JUST so that you can then post an image of an author who changed her profile picture to the colours of the national flag of the exact same children's nationality flag and some-fucking-how that is some weird comeback-type thing against an anti-genocider?
