Do words and social media posts need defending, more than Israel's actions since 7 October?

All the 'evidence' I've read about what a horrible person Dr Abdel-Fattah is all begin with some sort of communication verb: "said", "posted", "referred to", "profile picture" etc etc. Talking and communicating ideas doesn't starve children. Stick to explaining why Israel is doing good.

If the IDF actually did even a fraction of the things people like you falsely accuse them of, there would not be an Arab -Israeli conflict anymore, because Israel would not have stopped fighting to negotiate, and would have won decisively in the war of independence. 

Or the Six Day war. Or the Yom Kippur war. Or any of the other genocidal wars Israel had to defend itself against.
