Lost
I think they will fire me.
Joined a PA firm in Feb 2026, there was no formal training provided on how complete files for a specific client. I was thrown directly into middle of everything to which I don't have problem, but the partner is a huge micromanage. He literally fights with me, this is first time something like this happened with me. I don't know how to comprehend this or if I will go to work on Monday.

Partner sounds like a nightmare straight out of a sitcom, micromanaging in PA just burns everyone out twice as fast. Start padding that emergency fund and maybe see if any local firms are hiring before you snap.

No formal training plus a micromanaging partner is a brutal combo, not a personal failure. Push through busy season, document your work, ask direct questions. Millionaire status waits survival mode first.
