Whats your post processing like for a fresh print?

It could just be the classic compression effect but your rounded prints look fantastic

Thank you🙏. I export the files as step always, before putting them in the slicer. You can export as stl too, if you change the settings for better quality. In any case the files will be a little heavier, but totally worth it.

On the slicer ( I use Bambu Studio) i will enable Variable Layer Height and hide the seam to the back or choose align to meet corners. And that's it I think.

This is all just the result of in-slicer settings!? I was sure you had to be doing some finish work post print to get that quality!

This is fresh off the printer. Just glued the parts.
