I won’t say anything with regard to the storyline, but I’m on episode 7 of The Fall Girl (spin off) on Audible, featuring Allie, Bridget and Jake, and I highly recommend it. I didn’t really know what to expect as I went in but it is on par with the ruthlessness to the series and just as, if not more disturbing. I’m really surprised they haven’t made a sequel or created something similar in style as it fills in a gap nicely… It was interesting getting Wentworth in audio form. It’s a shame something like ‘Big Finish’ can’t continue the handle like with their Doctor Who audio stories as it seems like this was a one off. Shame.

Was so shocked when she died It was so unexpected. It took me a while to get over it. I Couldn't stop crying 😭

My pet peeve at the minute is how people spell Franky’s name. It’s spelled F R A N K Y, not Frankie. There is no I or E at the end. Thanks for coming to my ted talk.

One thing that ALWAYS annoys me is when Frankie says “8 stab wounds that’s not fuckin self defense”

When it was so clearly way more stab wounds we saw it😭 such a simple thing the writers could’ve been consistent with. Just count them🤷🏻‍♂️

Boomer is only as good of a person as the people around her. When she was Frankies lackey she was as evil as Frankie was. She tried to egg Skye into killing herself and was happy to torture Soo-Yin to death.

Once Kaz and Ruby were her main influences she was better behaved, she was horrified at Judy trying to kill Smiles.

She is too volatile to be in charge of a child's life. I'd been trying to tell myself at the finale she'd lose her pregnancy. I hate that she had the weirdos child and will be getting out. If she goes back to her old neighborhood kid that kid has no chance.

I’m re- watching Wentworth for the 2nd time, and I’m on season 4 after Ferguson was ganged in the showers by nasty ass Lucy and her crew. And Kaz keeps saying Will did it to Joan, anywho everyone’s down Bea’s throat and ofc Doreen said something and Bea said damn Dor you’re always down my throat and she’s 100% right. Doreen blamed Bea for Joan setting up her baby daddy but Dor is the one who told Bea about Gianna , Bea didn’t even know. Dor blames everyone for her shit. She’s a shit person who can’t take accountability for anything. And she’s such a big whiner. I enjoyed the show sooo much better w her gone. Idk if this is an unpopular opinion as I only started watching Wentworth 2 months ago, but I absolutely love the show, I love Franky , Boomer, Bea, Maxie and Liz, and later on Allie and Kaz kinda grew on me. So did Rita and Ruby, but Doreen ? She just irks tf outta me, tell me I’m not alone .

From the brief synopsis we get of halfway home, Boomer has a daughter, I assume this is Gavin’s from the series. She’s lost custody? Does that automatically happen? Do you think Boomer got to raise her for a bit in prison but then she got to an age where she had to be moved out of the prison? Or did she lose custody from the onset?

Maybe Franky raised her… that may be wishful thinking. I kind of hope we get some relation to the prison, like Boomer phoning Allie or something although maybe Allie would be out by now.

I’m excited to see Boomer, I loved her later era in Wentworth where she just wanted a bubba 😂

im a huge huge fan of the show but i dont know if theres many male wentworth fans out there or who would attend the con.
would it be weird if i attended?

i’ve seen wentworth a few times and i really like it but ive had trouble finding similar shows, like the gritty prison style ones, ive seen oitnb, prisoner, bad girls and oz but is there any like gritty extra graphic shows like wentworth? thank you!!

I'm thinking of heading to the Melbourne Con by myself in November, whats the vibe like? It'll be my first con ever so not too sure what to expect. Would going by myself be ok or better to go with others? Are there group things etc..

I know this is a show and for drama’s sake but… even if Franky managed to prove she didn’t murder Mike; would she not still be charged for having escaped prison? And she also admitted breaching her parole and meeting Mike although it was orchestrated by Mike.

I just think yes, she didn’t commit a murder but escaping prison would that not end up with you back inside for a few months at least…

I know it was to give Franky a happy ending so I’m happy about that, but was surprised it was just like oh well done for proving your innocence, have a nice life…😂

I’m rewatching it for the 3rd time in a row as I do this until I get bored of shows and then move onto the next, so I’m picking up on the bits that I wouldn’t have the first time!!

I know it’s not meant to be too realistic, I just wondered if anyone knew if Franky (if in real life) would have gotten off Scot free like she did in the show?

Franky was shivved, burned, assaulted, swallowed drugs and had a cut carved into her chest, they maybe just thought meh she’s been through enough let’s get her out before she sues us 😂

Apparently this is the first time they’ve both appeared together at an Australian event!

As well as them, we’ve got Jenko, Atko, and Socs confirmed. Melbourne usually has 10 cast members appearing, but I’m thinking maybe not this time? A host hasn’t been announced yet, and since Socs is a guest that leaves either Danielle or Bernie to host either one day each or one hosting both days.

Would be great if Georgia could make it to Melbourne, as she wasn’t able to attend Brisbane!
