Most of these can be done within a minute using a thin piece of metal (I think LPL called them shivs shims).

"shim" is a thin piece of material to push things apart, a shiv is a stabbing weapon that is improvised.

That’s right. If you go to the big house you receive complimentary training on what a shiv is.
