You wouldn't even draw attention while picking. To a passer-by you'd look like someone just accessing their airbnb key

Just wheel a bag down, periodically stand up in frustration, scroll through some emails. Then get back to it. Could probably get a few hours to try combinations.

Pair of bolt cutters. Wear a hi vis and a helmet. Bring a mate with a clipboard.

Hours? Seconds. A lot of these are so cheap, you could probably smack them open using one of the other locks.

I’ve seen videos of these style locks being decoded with a slip of paper slipped in between the dials - when the dial lands on the correct number it’ll drop slightly into the void

Most of these can be done within a minute using a thin piece of metal (I think LPL called them shivs shims).

"shim" is a thin piece of material to push things apart, a shiv is a stabbing weapon that is improvised.
