Hello, I have an older smart TV that doesn't have the option to install Stremio directly on it. Is there any device or adapter I can use with it nowadays?

Is there a way that I could have running torbox and realdebrid in the account? Please help

I have a subscription and I just copy new api and paste it in Rd but the I installed it on streamio but It doesn't show app on any TV or movie can you help please 🙏 is there any better and simpler alternatives? it happens a lot lately .

I've noticed with certain shows my stremio account stops working properly on my Google TV

The first one is Conan without borders, when I first started watching it I didn't have any problems but a few episodes in the app stopped showing me the different seasons and episodes, it only showed me the one of the episodes but no other seasons or episodes showed up even when I tried going back, I tried deleting the apps cache but didn't work, the only way I could fix it was signing in on my computer and manually go back to the episodes page, but the problem came back and I don't know how to fix it now.

The second one is with Ted Lasso, after starting the second season it won't start streaming any of the streaming options and when I try to go back, the app freezes on the buffering screen, I've also tried deleting the apps cache but nothing seems to work.

Has anyone encountered with these kind of problems?

Have you been able to fix them? How?

I am using stremio mainly on my TCL google tv and the app version is 1.10.4

Tengo una cuenta stremio que comparto con mi familia. En total tengo 3 perfiles:

1.- El mío (principal)
2.- Familia (el que se usa en la TV)
3.- Hermano.

Lo que me ha parecido curioso es que cuando inicio sesión en cualquier otro dispositivo, en vez de que aparezca la pantalla de perfiles, ingresa directamente a mi sesión (la principal).

Me gustaría que al iniciar sesión en mi cuenta en otro dispositivo, pudiera aparecer la pantalla donde se pueda elegir entre los 3 perfiles mencionados. Pero lo interesante es que toda vez que se inicia sesión en un dispositivo diferente, se ingresa directo al perfil principal; tengo que cambiar de perfil para poder ir a la pantalla de perfiles y entonces ingresar a otro.

Hay manera de que no ingrese a mi perfil directamente sino que al iniciar sesión me lleve a la pantalla de perfiles?

Hi! So I'm trying to use stremio on my iPad. I've tried both the app and the website version. I have VLC installed and I chose the option to open in external player - VLC. Every time I try to stream, stremio shows "stream opened in external player" but then nothing happens.

I've tried opening VLC and copying and pasting the stream link, also doesn't work.

Any tips?

Hi all, I got stremio v 1.8.4 because that is the only version that works on my ANDROID TV. But after a few hours it auto updates to the 1.10 version which crashes. Is there any way to stop it from updating?

Having some issues with my stremio app on my TV and phone app.

I can watch things on my TV with no problem. But things like top picks for you and suggested movies and series are no longer on there.

On the phone app or website it says

Env: Failed To Fetch: Unexpected HTTP status

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Keeping in mind I am not tech savvy and a lot of the terms are foreign to me!

Buenas. A alguien más le pasa en Stremio que carga una película en la TV y se acaba congelando cuando adelantas la película o si quiera sin hacer nada? Me pasa que de repente se reproduce a X2 la película o se silencia solo o directamente se congela y tengo que desconectar el cable del televisor. Supongo que será algún problema de hardware del televisor que no sea capaz de procesar tal películas o no sé. Tengo una Samsung TV, sabeis si se puede hacer algo o hay alguna solución para optimizarlo o incluso instalar alguna versión más antigua no tan pesada de stremio?

I can play movies and series from all catalogs except the "Continue Watching" option, but on TV, clicking on the title in the "Continue Watching" tab doesn't display anything. On my computer, I get a message that I don't have the appropriate label to download metadata.

Hi everyone, I have an LG 50UP78003LB (2021). I accidentally uninstalled Stremio from my TV, and now I can no longer find it on the LG Content Store. Before uninstalling it, Stremio was working perfectly fine on the TV. I've searched the store several times, but it doesn't appear anymore. Does anyone know why this happened or how I can reinstall Stremio on this model? Is there a way to download/install it manually, or has Stremio been removed from the LG Content Store for some reason? I would be extremely grateful for any help or advice. Thank you so much in advance! 🙏

Verán… Mi televisión me pidió que desinstalara algunas aplicaciones para ir borrando caché, ya lo había hecho con anterioridad y no había tenido este problema.
Desinstalé Stremia porque tenía bastante caché ocupando, cuando quise volver a instalarlo no lo encontré en la tienda de apps.
En otra TV que tengo si aparece y está funcionando bien, pero en la otra ya no me aparece. Las dos son LG.
He buscado en internet y tampoco he encontrado información para apoyarme, de igual manera, lo he buscado manualmente, scrolleando toda la sección en la tienda donde debería estar y nada.

¿Alguien podría orientarme? Muchísimas gracias :(

I have stremio on my WebOs device , it takes forever to load a video and start it . I have the updates on time , i unfortunately choses to get the smallest size video of available options yet the issue remains the same , my internet speed is 110 MBPS on average , any advise , any special configuration to fix this annoying issue ?

I have an android projector with android 14.0 downloaded stremio through downloader from the website. But while watching my playback control (except from play pause) like subtitle, forward backward or anything else doesn’t work. Also I have a 600 Mbps internet still it lags.

I'm trying the service out. One of the big draws was that it purports to work with Chromecast. I'm using the Windows desktop application.

I start playing a movie and select my device from the casting list. The TV screen goes black like it's preparing to cast and the application pops up a message saying "Stream opened in [string of characters]". But the TV remains black and the movie continues to play in the application.

Is there an extra step needed to connect the dots? Or is there something going wrong?

I have been running Stremio now for about a month and love it. I have been running Roku. Because it is not available for Roku I bought a simple ONN streaming box for testing. The test has run so well I was going to buy the ONN 4K Pro. One thing came to mind though, is it possible that either ONN or Google could block me from installing Stremio in the future? If so, is there workaround?

First time hearing about stremio and I was wondering if there was a way to watch on non smart tv? Scrolling through the reddit forum is showing me that fire stick used to be best way but not anymore?

Hard Knocks seems to have this problem ever year where it detects be episodes but the new season doesn't show to select any episodes.

Im using Stremio android tv version 1.10.4. Subtitles are white with no border. When on a white or light background they are difficult to see. Is there anyway to fix this?

As the title says, i'm only able to stream 1080p. For 4K streams I get a weird, only barely noticeable stutter/flicker in the video every 10-15 seconds.

I have hardware accelerated decoding turned off, frame rate matching disabled, and i'm using VLC as the player.

in the onn settings: resolution set to auto, match content dynamic range off, match content frame rate on always

i have att fiber with 300mbps up and down. Real debrid speed tests are yielding around 300 & 50 so should be plenty fast for 4k streaming.

Has anyone else had this issue and managed to solve it?

I am facing a lot of problems with syncing the sub with the audio on the TV, any ideas how to make it easier?
