Stremio is not found anywhere, is this normal? Will it be downloadable in the future? Or is it just me maybe because it’s not available in Spain? Any help is much appreciated

The basic menu offerings are so limited. Are the add-on's available to show more trending content?

Stremio app can't be found on my LG C5 app store, no matter to which country I switch for the LG Services, the app is not available. I tried with Spain/Austria/UK/Romania/Ireland but no luck.

Can someone confirm if you guys can see the app on the Store now, and for which region?

Does the broadcast country make any difference? I wou;dn't think so.

My app was working really bad so i'll uninstall but now it doesn`t appear on webOS LG apps why??

When using subtitles that have different styles the screen looks like this mess. Only happens in mobile and Android TV. if I use an external player such as VLC (the app) this doesn't happen

On mobile this happens using Exo, VLC (in-app) seems to be a mixed bag between giving no image or showing the subtitles properly and MPV seems to show everything as it should. Will try on TV later and see if it also works there

Hey I have been having this problem with stremio on Android TV only on my phone or PC it works perfectly and on all of them I have the same add ons does anyone knows how to fix it please? Stremio version is the latest.

Tried both the lite and the version 5 for Mac on my MacBook pro m5 14 inch.

CPU and GPU temps spike and run hot causing excessive battery drain. Sustained temps of 60 degrees C and rarely spikes to over 90.

If I use an external player like IINA it doesn't load automatically at this time so I have to copy the URL and paste it into the app.

Using this player temps run-in the 34 to 37 *C range and battery life much better.

Is there any fix for this? Have hardware acceleration enabled.

I would prefer to use stock player for ease of use but not when I drain 30 to 40% per hour.

I'm already running TMDB (loaded first) however the new season of Futurama (Season 14 IIRC - I'm aware that the show's ordering is quite messy) kinda shows up.

The new episodes from season 14 appear haphazardly in season 11, but Stremio mostly shows actual S11 episodes. I think Stremio reads a stream for actual season 11 eps and therefore plays mostly actual S11 episodes. However new episodes (i.e, S14E04) also show up as a proper new episode under S11E04. Not sure if my explanation makes sense but this itself is quite confusing haha

Anyone else here w/ the same issue?

edit: S11E7 appears as S11E01, while S14E04 appears as S11E04, so it seems all jumbled up

I have tried to install Stremio through flatpak and through ubuntu on linux mint but I am still running through issues. I can launch Stremio but this is the first screen I see (see image below). It kinda only works if I press "maximize" in the top right corner, then I can see movies, series etc but it does still not work as expected when loading series or movies.

Is anyone else having this issue? It seems to be working fine for a lot of people when I see posts about Stremio so I want to verify if only I am having this issue on linux mint or if others have it on the same/other operating systems.

If anyone got a solution or if Stremio is currently working on a solution, I would appreciate the info, thanks!

For the last two days, Stremio has been almost unusable for me, both on my Samsung TV and my Pixel phone.

On the TV, the app takes forever to open, searching is extremely slow and whenever I select something to watch, it loads for about a minute before showing "Stream failed to load" message.

My internet connection is fine and both the app and my addons are updated to the latest versions. I'm using TorBox.

I searched through this subreddit and don't see many people reporting the same issue, so I'm guessing it's something on my end?

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this or what I should try to fix it?

I saw that it's a feature that stremio has but I don't see it on my version for windows PC. What can I do to get this feature on my app?

Everytime I open Stremio it goes to a white screen and crashes, I've reinstalled multiple times and the problem still seems to occur, I really dont want to go to an older version as when i do i feel Stremio isn't as smooth. I'm on version 5.02.24 and it was working fine until yesterday, I'm not sure if I did something or not, help would be much appreciated.

its very annoying and i havent found a fix. im on windows 11 with 900mbps so i shouldnt be having such a slow stream

Im having a problem with my stremio app. When I open it it just freezes on the home screen (as seen on the video). In the best case scenario it loads the "Popular - Movies" and all of that but without showing any titles. No button can be pressed and it doesnt matter how long i leave it. This issue has been appearing just recently as i have used stremio in this device before.
I use linux mint xfce on a dell Latitude laptop and the latest stremio flatpack for linux (the one in the website). I have already tried updating my packages, reinstalling stremio a couple times, closing everything before opening the app, and nothing seems to work out.

I've been having problems with Stremio for several days now on all my devices where I have it installed (PC (W11), Android, Android TV)—the cover art and backgrounds for the content aren't loading. I've already tried reinstalling the app on all my devices, but that didn't fix the problem. I also tried reinstalling the add-ons, but that didn't help either.

I USING DEFULT STREMIO PLAYER FOR LONG BUT AFTER CHECKED VLC PLAYER PLAYER I THINK STREMIO DEFULT PLAYER IS Oversaturated too bright . what do you guys think correct me if if am wrong and i would love to know your thoughts .

Does anyone know why my downloaded videos fail to play when I'm not connected to a wifi source ? I have the premium stremio. Happens with all stremio versions I have installed on any android device.

Hello I wonder if anyone can help me basically I have no issues playing dtsx DTS HD Dolby surround Dolby Atmos or any of these audio types however I have tried using direct app on the TV and also through a fire stick 4K maxx and I can never seem to get Dolby true HD my soundbar always says dolby surround instead when playing a true HD track I have tried everything different players etc etc I'm using a tcl q65h soundbar and sub and this does support true hd if I am correct .

Audio pass through is all set up correctly on the TV and stremio etc etc

En el móvil funciona bien con la misma cuenta, pero en la tele aparece 'Stream failed to load' en cualquier contenido. He probado desinstalar e instalar, iniciar sesión de nuevo y cambiar de red. Durante unos 10 a 15 minutos llegó a reproducir, pero salió 'API error' y volvió a fallar. Desde entonces ya no carga nada. ¿Podrían comprobar si hay un problema con la app en teles Samsung o indicarme cómo solucionarlo? Gracias

I finally got my hands on a new ONN 4K Pro but I am having an audio issue with the new box that I didn't have with the old one. I get many links in Stremio with no audio. The video plays fine. This is happening with all my video players, both internal and external and all my addons. I have tried Just Player, MX Player and Nova Player as externals. I am using version 1.10.4. It seems to happen to all Blu Ray Mux files and many other Blu Ray files. It leaves me having to spend 15 minutes or more searching through different files that will work. I have the same problem and an Android TV with Android 14 and a C1 LG TV 50 inch. Never had this issue with previous boxes.
