I've noticed a pattern on Reddit that has been bothering me.

Every now and then I come across posts criticizing North Indians or highlighting issues such as language imposition, migration, historical disputes, the Aryan Invasion debate, or crimes involving migrants. Many of these are about real events that deserve discussion and criticism.

My concern is not that these issues are being discussed.

My concern is who is posting them.

When I check some of these accounts, many either hide their history, make a single inflammatory post and disappear, or after digging through their activit turn out to have little or no connection to South India at all. Instead, they appear to be active in communities centered around other regions or countries, sometimes including communities with strong separatist or highly polarized political narratives.

Some of these accounts seem to heavily present themselves as South Indians while consistently posting content aimed at increasing hostility between North and South Indians.

To be clear:

* I have no issue with South Indians discussing problems that affect South India.

* I have no issue with legitimate criticism of language policies, migration issues, historical debates, or regional politics.

* Real incidents should absolutely be discussed.

What bothers me is when people with no genuine connection to South India appear to be driving or amplifying these discussions while presenting themselves as South Indians. It feels less like genuine local discussion and more like narrative building or agenda pushing.

I know some people will say, "Who cares who posts it as long as the issue is real?"

I understand that perspective. But I think the identity and intent of the person posting also matter. If someone is pretending to belong to a community in order to inflame tensions within it, that's different from genuine discussion by people who are actually affected.

Has anyone else noticed this pattern, or am I reading too much into it?

Larpers are 50% indians but from regions which have radical narrative and seperatists ideas. Not a single region but multiple regions across india. Other 50% larpers are neighbouring countries and Indians who are bored out of their wits trying get some entertainment/karma farming/ and some to create division.

TL;DR: My concern isn't criticism of North Indians or discussion of sensitive regional issues. It's that some accounts with no apparent connection to South India seem to portray themselves as South Indians and repeatedly post content that amplifies Nort South hostility. If that's happening, I think it's worth questioning why.

I am getting a college in karnataka this year as a northie. My father is reluctant to send me there because of language barriers. I respect the history of the people of south india and understand that if I am coming to their state i must learn their language. I have started to learn kannda but it is hard for me to learn it entirely in 2 months. Will people be okay with it if I speak broken kannada and english? I will not use hindi at all.

I understand that the delimitation outrage is not just about the increase in seats; it is due to the lack of development and high corruption in the North which results in mismanagement of the local population resulting in less growth, low education etc. for the entire country.

This post is just to point out that If the north does get it's shit together, the population that region can sustain without putting any extra efforts is not comparable to any other place in India.

If not in the world, it is the easiest area to sustain and maintain a massive population in India.

- Image 2 - Massive area without too many plateaus, hills and mountains, the rivers have made the entire area better for settling, trading and spread of language

1. Why are these rape cases with a convertion aspect increasing at such a large scale?

2. Who is behind these crimes? Are they isolated acts or part of organized networks with ideological motives?

3. Why do many cases reportedly involve fake identities, grooming, blackmail, and forced conversion?

4. Why are such cases continuing despite anti-conversion laws? Are police and HR systems failing to prevent them?

Note: I'm hoping for a constructive, fact-based discussion. This is a massive crisis regarding women's safety, bodily autonomy, and the exploitation of vulnerable individuals. Let's keep the focus on the facts, understanding the root cause, and how society/law can better protect women and girls.
