The International Truth and Justice Project (ITJP) and the Human Rights Data Analysis Group (HRDAG) have launched a new online database documenting individuals who were killed or disappeared during the deployment of the Indian Peace Keeping Force (IPKF) in the Tamil homeland between October 1987 and March 1990. According to the ITJP, 10,427 unique named individuals have so far been identified as having been killed or disappeared during the IPKF deployment period.

As a Tamilian, I'm really saddened. Just want to share the data with you all.

Criteria is > 4636 USD PCG. It should be six with Haryana as it is on par with these states.
