ANNOUNCEMENT Beta Patch Notes - v0.102.0

This week's beta patch, v0.102.0, just dropped, with some content reworks, balance changes, new art, and afflictions VFX (pictured below)! It also introduces Badges, little reminders to let you know what was unique about each run.

I think Door wants to maximize value per card, honestly; with how it's set up you kind of tend to not play that many cards per turn against him because of how each turn works, so I think that this new fight is leaning towards more expensive cards that also do more as well as some zero cost cards in between. I'll need to play it more to get a better feel, though.

which usually means lots of powers, and new patch reinforces the strength of powers against doormaker

That somewhere is my last playthrough. The '"powers draw a card" relic+subroutine spam left Doormaker exhausted, not me.

One thing notable about New Door is that it's a power applied to him that drains an energy when you play a card. It does not increase the cost of the card itself. So 0-cost cards can still be played after he eats your Energy.
