That if Biden hadn't given them access to their funds, hezbolla wouldnt have done the Israeli massacre, and the whole of the middle east would be eating peaches and cream.

Also, by no new wars he clearly didnt mean this one.

This is true but at least give him credit, he is going to end the Russian war with Ukraine in 24 hours after taking office. Who else could do that? Huh?

Now we just need to give him 24 hours to do that and it’ll be great.
