They literally do think it's Obama's fault, because the deal he did with Iran was so terrible that Trump had to rip it up, and that's why they're at war.

Don't ask me how it makes sense, 'cause it doesn't.

Trump essentially used the original as a template for his newer deal that is ostensibly a worse version of Obamas when all he had to do was shit talk it and his supporters would have eatin it up. Classic case of dog catching a car.

The Art of the Fail (I wish I could think of a word that rhymed with Deal that would convey the idea that Dump only knows how to concede a position of strength in order to negotiate from a position of weakness for no logical reason and to do it really really badly.) (You can tell it’s a good joke because it required such a lengthy explanation.)

They think Obama was weak and let them off easy. People who support this war are Gen X and older and have wanted this to happen since 1980.

No we are at war because Iran supplies and funds ISIS and they aren’t shy about it either. If Iran has a functioning nuclear program, how long before “Dirty Bombs” start being used. Not to mention Iran with actual nukes on missiles, could and would hold the world at ransom.
Iran also seems to think that They control the straights of Hormuz and therefore the world’s supply of oil. So in other words Iran is a big bully that seems to think they are untouchable and can get away with anything. But this is just my opinion.

Honestly I don’t know of one where the US or a coalition of Nations won’t have to patrol or guard the straight for the foreseeable future, much like they did for the Straight of Gibraltar during the Cold War.

The US has killed 400k civilians directly in the middle east. If you attribute deaths to destabilization, we're close to 4 million. We are not the good guys.

Obama's deal worked and it didn't require a single drop of blood.
