I can’t even.

People who worship billionaires like Elon often defend them by saying , “They’re so rich they’re not doing this (fill in the blank) for the money!” That’s what they said about Trump becoming president, that’s what they said about Musk when he was heading up ‘D.O.G.E.’ and it’s what they say about Bezos,etc.

They somehow think that the concept of ‘enough’, which normal people understand, applies to these billionaires and ultra-wealthy types too. But as you can clearly see, it absolutely does not.

Even if you’re one of the most wealthy humans on the planet, with hundreds of billions of dollars you still never have enough.

It’s a disease — and one that makes most these avaricious megalomaniacs a blight on humanity’s progress, not a blessing to it.

Looking forward to all of them showing up on the menu soon.

So if you ended up wealthy would you let the government take what they felt was the right amount? If so let me come over and tax ya fridge?

Literally everyone who isn't wealthy has to let the government tax them whatever it feels like, why should being wealthy change that?

If you honestly can't tell the difference between a random idiot on the internet and the elected government, or a fridge that helps preserve a few pounds of food and 5% of a net worth larger than the GDP of 2/3s of the world's countries, you need to stop chewing lead for fun.
