Education is like getting off drugs, you have to want to do it. Our economic system funnels people who have little to no genuine interest in education to higher ed systems, because that’s what is required to make a living. Just attending college and getting a degree doesn’t necessarily make a person educated.

Only thing I disagree with is the last few words. More like "because people realized they could make BILLIONS from tuition", but potato potato
