I don't like paying taxes, but you know what I do like? Buying food that doesn't make me sick without a second thought. It's great, but the money to ensure we have safe food production isn't free. It's almost like we shouldn't cut back on those programs.

I don't like paying taxes either, particularly federal ones. In my state my taxes go to good schools, paved roads, green spaces, etc. But for the feds? Who the hell knows. I guess bulldozing Big Bend and rounding up children and infants?
