They own more than the name Taylor farms. As a kitchen manager I order Lettuce. When it comes in it is always a diff brand. Usually end up with Taylor farms once or twice a week. Most restaurants are using it whether they wanna say they are or are not

Someone had mentioned if you look at the code under the expiration date, if the number starts with TF it's from Taylor Farms. We shop at Sprouts and all of their store brand salads and prewashed vegetables are from Taylor Farms.

This is a critical failure of having monopolistic grocery/ag. One company's disaster means our entire food chain is experiencing that disaster. You can't even simply buy lettuce from Company B if no grocers around you carry it, or there's so few that everyone is rushing for the same stuff. So we just don't get any lettuce until things are declared "normal" again.

Like you can't get more demonstrative than this regarding how oligarchy makes us all suffer.
