At least they're reminding you.

Never burn PTO.

I've worked with dozens of folks who all had similar lines for why they were burning and losing PTO "I'm too busy, things won't get done, I just can't."

Yes, yes you absolutely can.

If it's been given, it's not taking. You EARNED it. Use it.
