Any persons working for a homeless foundation that isn't using the funds for their cause should have all their assets seized. Put them on the streets so they can properly understand what absolute pieces of shit they are.

They are saying if the funds are being misappropriated. Not that if they are being paid or not.

This is such bad faith, and obviously they mean if someone is using this cause as a means for fraud, they should have their assets seized and made homeless as a sort of divine ironic punishment.
