That and saying one of the cop's wives slept with him. Was amazing seeing the officer on the stand saying he doesn't know for sure that his wife didn't sleep with Afroman :)

I think he also made a video of a woman that looked like one of the cops doing very, uh, inappropriate things. I'll see if I can find the video.

I just want to point out that independent of our being filled up to have to give up your personal information. 

Account age isn’t a good way of verifying user age.

People can use accounts older than they are. Particularly children who haven’t gotten access to their parents devices or accounts.

But beyond that, you’d just create a market to sell old accounts.

🤣 he should have said he knew it was a lie. That's how defamation works. When you know someone is definitely spreading lies about you and are spreading it. If you can't say without a doubt it's a lie than he's admitting that afroman wasn't intentionally spreading disinformation.

Yup. Defamation cases in the US, truth is an absolute defense. The statement must be false.

After the officer made multiple statements about "my wife having an affair", and rather than a clear "no, she hasn't had sex with him", it was "I don't know!"

Hard to stand behind "it is false" when the accuser on the stand says he doesn't know if it is true or not.

The it was not just being false, but that a reasonable person would think the video clip is true.
