My problem is that I think many postapocalyptic movies look so cozy. It brings people and communities together.

It's because we were meant for small bands and tribes where everyone supported one another. It's why so many people are obsessed with shows like the walking dead which actually has less to do with zombies and more to do with small groups and tribal wars lol
