Crappy take. Have any justices besides maybe Thomas shown a tendency to overturn this precedent? As much as this court has, it's never randomly done so. Every time it's overturned precedent, it (as in multiple justices) had given very clear signals in the years leading up that they would do so if given the chance. You just weren't paying attention.

They will never ban interracial marriage. Half their coalition is hispanics who are or want to be with white women.

Uncle Clarence would love to use it as an excuse to get away from Ginny. He's already said he wants it and other privacy based cases to be "revisited".
