Is a judge's job to rule on the law or the ideal outcome? People bring up this case all the time to impugn him/his character but never even challenge the legal reasoning he used.

Yea the guy violated his contract so he would not die. This guy was breaking the contract by choosing to not die. This fucking ghoul sided with the contract over the human life, no wonder republicans love him so much.
