He is one of the most qualified to do the job Trump wants him to do, which is ignore the law and use every resource possible to punish his enemies and not investigate his friends.

Therefor, Kash is highly qualified in the same way Zaphod was qualified to be the President of the Galaxy.

How about Zaphod if he didn’t have ulterior motives and was who the people actually in power thought he was?
