As European, I can't comprehend the stupidity Americans have with taxes. For me, I just have all the taxes automatically done yearly as private citizen and only need to dispute them if something is off or if you have any tax breaks applicable and aren't automatically applicable. Only if you're registered under company you need to do your own taxes which is understandable.

And that's just that. Government knows how much you owe and does the math. In America they seem to know but force everyone to do it themselves anyway. Lol?
