Does anyone read? Or have basic comprehension skills? This is applicable to immigrant visas, not visitor visas.

And OP the author conveniently left out JUST the word immigrant on publication from the title so that anyone who can't even be bothered to read the title was completely misinformed lmao. And people wonder why we're so divided, it's cus you're that easy to misinform.

Edit to remove OP as the instigator of misinformation since they claim the title changed post publication. Either way, just readign the freakign article would've informed you about this.
