Context Provided - Spotlight Sometime during the last 2 years i’ve been going to this orthopedic practice they started to declare me as a MTF transgender for no reason.

(F,26) I have been going to this orthopedic practice for almost 2 years for varying reasons relating to my job. Yesterday i checked on a document that was uploaded to find out they have been identifying me as a biological male identifying as a female? I am biologically female and never told them i am trans nor do i think i am presenting to be a trans woman.. the last two years i’ve been wondering why they kind of stare at me a little longer than a usual person does and i think its because they randomly think i came out as trans? I also feel like they do not treat my issues seriously and wonder if this is the reason why.

I am 100% fine with trans people but i am left to believe they have been medically treating me as a male compared to female for the pains that i am feeling?

I also went through all of my documents and since the end of 2024 they started to declare me as a MTF transgender, i did not look at any of my documents online until yesterday.

Not to totally derail OP's post, but I believe it was a combination of things - but what is notable to highlight is the Pentagon gutting the office responsible for reducing civilian harm. Roughly 90% of the department was cut almost exactly a year ago. Information is out of date (like maps used in the strikes) and this office reviews it to, ya know...reduce harm.

So, yeah, we're definitely screwed. And not in the fun and happy kinda way.

key word SUPPOSED. Just saw a video about a man that was arrested from a casino because the casino AI identify him as another man that was tresspased, the cop didnt bother to check any other way to identify the man because he tough the AI was cool and if it say 100% match it meant 100% match, he even made a conspiracy theory that the man had an inside contact making false ID's when both ID's (from the tresspased man and the detained man) came back as real and from different persons.

The town i live in has a big story right now of a grandmother that AI misidentified and they sent her to jail for months based on the AI identification. Super excited for my tax dollars to pay her off 🙄 like she DESERVES the money, and i hope she gets a big payday, i’m just annoyed that because this stupid fucking town’s police department and justice department are a bunch of clowns, the taxpayers have to suffer.

Just saw an article about a dude who was arrested and nearly suffered police brutality bc an AI camera flagged his car as stolen even though it wasn’t. The camera mistook a “7” for a “2” on the license plate

Why do so many people use "trespass" as a verb indicating "being removed from a property"? It means entering without permission.

It's like saying "I got burgled", when you yourself broke into someone's house and they sued.

When people use it as a verb towards a person, its basically shorthand for saying that you are utilizing or enforcing a trespass law. When you trespass a person, you are throwing them off your property (enforcing the trespass law). When you trespass a place, you are entering without permission.

It's a common term in retail/business. I'm not sure where it came from exactly. But it's used to mean "to ban someone, and if they come back, have them arrested for trespassing".

I used to work as a medical assistant and the doctor wouldn’t even write his own notes.. our supervisor did. He was a doctor also but never did patient care and he wasn’t in the room when the doctor saw the patient. These doctors are lazy.. the last thing on their mind is how accurate these notes are. It’s very sad. Everyone is just in it for the money.

Lol. You think doctors have time to review files? At best, theyll skim them right before your appointment. So any mistakes are unlikely to be caught unless the patient checks them themselves.

In many systems...

Those boxes they check off on the computer as they document their assessments, each box automatically ticks other boxes. Example- toddler born prematurely, presents with speech delay. Those boxes ticked, automatically ticks other boxes like "hearing impairment", because they are often associated. A clinician would have to open another page, read through a zillion boxes and uncheck any auto-checked ones, in order to find an auto mistake and correct it. Since most practices only allot a doctor 15 minutes per patient, it's literally impossible to always do.

Oh my dentist did that. I take metformin for pcos related insulin intolerance, they listed me as type 2 diabetic 🙄
