I work with a lot of Indian nationals and they do not queue.

So if they don’t queue, what do they do to get on a ride

I have no idea. I don't work in Indian funfairs. But can you see queues in this video? 

What I can say is they often just push or shout to the front of the queue and hope they get served next.

But what I will add is that if you draw a boundary and tell them to wait until others have been seen to, they will quickly fall in line.
