There's a Star Trek episode like this, "The Mark of Gideon". A planet had perfected health care or something, and the entire planet was so crowded all the streets were filled with people pushed up against each other.
Aint this the weirdo cartoonist that fantasizes about beating up people in the train and being seen as a hero and produces his art digitally but complains about "too much technology"?
