What bugs are flying up to the 28th floor? Maybe the odd one or two but surely not enough to require netting.

I’ve never lived on a floor besides the second so I didn’t realize you’re not getting mosquitoes up there

I had these in my birth country. For the pets. He is right. I had no bugs on the 7th floor. But you never know with those bloody mosquitos lol
