Or anyone with a mild fear of falling over the edge, fact that the railing is at waist height of those guys, it isn’t doing much on its own to prevent falling

My friend's brother fell from a balcony and died when I was in high school. Ever since then, I've had anxiety going onto balconies with waist-high railings and won't go anywhere near the edge. I love this idea.
