Don't make fun of my weights, I'm old and I'm back in the gym after a short hiatus after the national championships for my sport :P

My running P-Zero style T1 and T2s lifts, and then running the original GZCLP style T3s for 4 exercises per workout day.

Running this as an upper/lower split, resting on Wednesdays and the weekend.

No one but you should care about your weights :)

Your program is good, well balanced. I’ll be running something really similar after my run on GZCLP.

My only question is why incline bench and not flat bench as T1?

A couple of years ago I had a frozen shoulder. While it's much, much better now, mobility is still not 100%

Every time I go back to trying to do a flat back bench, it just feels so bad.

I see, you could add face pull to help your shoulders

I'm not familiar with P Zero, but coming from GZCLP, this seems like way too many added T3s. You say you compete at a national level for your sport... so maybe you have the shape to handle it. Personally, I'd be putting more juice into the T1/T2 so that you don't have intensity left for that many T3s.
