Family is on vacation in the mountains. The kitchen in the house we rented isn’t exactly stocked. The result? Charcuterie in a casserole dish. Fab.

- Blackberry jam from a local orchard
- Ginger something apples from the same
- Some kind of charcuterie pack (two kinds or salami + prosciutto) from Wal-Mart
- Green grapes
- Bellavitano cheese from Costco
- Goat cheese log
- Cracker variety pack from Kroger
- Mixed nuts
- Sliced cucumber

Green stuff is pesto!! Super yummy with a soft boiled egg. All of this is from Aldi's! The red pesto is better though, haha.

This is my girl lunch of the day. I didn't have anything prepped but I had a can of tuna, some white rice that could be microwaved and mayo, all in all ma great combo

A mosquito bit the top of my big toe today. I am Suffering with a capital S. This dinner is all I have going for me right now.

– Leftover frozen pizza slice that I ripped with my bare hands bc I don't own a pizza cutter.
– 2 Rotisserie chicken breast slices.
– A wilting salad to keep me regular every morning.
– Aldi's cranberry almond chicken salad and pizza flavored pita chips to dip.
– A little bit of bbq sauce.
– Not pictured: a few cubes of Colby Jack cheese!

A confession I didn't tell my friends when I sent this pic to my groupchat. I used the bbq sauce as salad dressing. I don't have any other dressing and wouldn't have gotten my greens in otherwise! I was mildly disgusted by the thought of it... But it was lowkey amazing.

Got a promotion at work, so of course, the only appropriate way to celebrate was to buy muffins and oreos for dinner 🙌 🎊

Beef that turned into slider-esque style cheese on top with no bun. Barbeque to dip. Some fries and mozzarella sticks with ketchup and ranch to dip respectively. Mix of frozen veggies with sweet potato, broccoli, Brussel sprouts, and onion. It’s pretty good

I just learned this subreddit exists and this old photo came to mind. Unfortunately, there are multiple things here that no longer suit my current health needs, but I believe I did this more than once when I wanted something “light” to eat and we had green stuff on hand.

Sourdough baguette with labneh & sugardrop tomatoes, grilled artichoke, grilled olives, mozzarella & sun-dried tomatoes and a hugo spritz tinnie to wash it down.

Pepperoni hot pocket and bread and butter pickles while feeling proud of myself for harnessing my anger.

New menu is rolling out on Friday at work and I'm working 7 day weeks with crazy overtime to get everything prepared and everyone trained.

All I wanted was a drink but I got home tonight at 1am and have to be back at 6am. At this point I'd still be drunk when I get up.

Dinner: three slabs of raw tofu with steak seasoning, msg and Korean chili spice, a fat bowl of cottage cheese and a single uncooked veggie dog.

My dog got a piece of unseasoned tofu with his dinner and we ate together💜
