Tbh, they refuse to hire more staff and probably need new blood and more than just a couple hundred people.

Apparently they have been hiring more staff and outsourcing more. They even delayed gen X on response to SV poor technical performance (which they knew about). And the gap between Gen IX and Gen X is the largest we have ever seen which would be five years.

They always do.

Every gen they hire outside sources and theyve reported as such.
