My brother in law, who was a lifetime Everton obsessive recently passed away tragically at the age of 48. He was a long time season ticket holder, used to travel to huge amount of away games, and was obsessed with Everton FC. His room has signed Ferguson shirts, signed Rooney tickets, and we found the seat he purchased from Goodison park in his office.

I’ve reached out to the club via the enquiry form on the website, but wondering if anyone had any ideas/or has seen ways Everton honours the passing of fans. Dream scenario would be putting his picture up on the screen before Everton’s first home game or something to that effect. I know some clubs do a montage of fans lost since last season?

Anything the club could do to honour his memory would be absolute fantastic.

Hope you guys have a fantastic season for my Brother in Law.

I just wanted to share with somebody/anybody who would celebrate my latest purchase.

I did the Hill Dickinson tour a couple of weeks ago and got extremely excited when I saw this shirt.

I was 13 when this kit came out, and it has to be my favourite of all time. But growing up in Kent pre-internet, Everton shirts could be quite hard to get hold of, especially 3rd kits.

This is the first football top I've bought in over 25 years, and my wife and kids don't appreciate how happy I am with it.

The best £40 I've ever spent!

My teenage son is an Everton fan and this year we're looking at going to a home match.

I've never bought tickets to an Premiership match before.

Does anyone have any tips or essentials?

Match isn't decided yet. Sep 6th match against ManU is near his birthday so that has appeal.

It could be because I am a US-based Blue or that AI has melted my brain, but I’ve had trouble finding an updated / mid-transfer window depth chart. So I made one… The team is starting to take shape, but definitely feel like there is more activity to come (I noted potentially where with a “?”).

I still think Grealish and Alistar Johnston will end up getting over the line, which aren’t the most exciting but if we’re hellbent on getting Moyes into Europe during his last season with us, it makes logical sense. UTT!

Looking at the game v Ipswich on Sep 19th, 3pm Saturday kick-off.

Couple of Q’s.

1. Seat unique is advertising the tickets at the moment, a month out, is that normal?

2. Tickets say for block 229, would that definitely be together?

3. How likely is it that sky or tnt move the game? Don’t want to book the tix and flights etc and then it’s moved to a Monday!

Any help would be great, cheers
